Welcome from Jay and Megan! After the difficulties and tragedies of the last few years, we want to say how much your presence means to us at our wedding. We are both so proud to consider each of y’all “our people.” We would like to share a previously untold backstory to this Disney Honeymoon registry. Well before we could have imagined ever starting this journey together, Jay went on her first solo trip to Disney for the Star Wars marathon. As is her custom, she happily planned the trip months in advance to the detail. Unfortunately, Ms. Disney Spreadsheets and Checklists somehow missed the most important checklist, leaving her wallet and magicband at home. At 5 am, Megan selflessly jumped in her car, practically flew to Jay’s apartment, and raced all the way to Love Field. Jay, her wallet, and magicband made it just in time. Megan became a Disney hero that day and Jay’s hero for life. Our journey through the last few years may not seem like a fairy tale, but we would not change a thing. We cannot imagine a better first married adventure than a honeymoon to Disney World. Thankfully, this time Megan is in charge of packing. Jay’s spreadsheets are ready to go. To de-stress, she is listening to Disney podcasts in-between work and wedding planning. While we cannot say enough that your presence is our fondest gift, we welcome you to be a part of our happily ever after through this registry.
