What does Disney's Honeymoon Registry provide?
Disney's Honeymoon Registry allows you to register your entire Disney's Fairy Tale honeymoon or Disney destination wedding online. You also receive a free wedding website, announcement cards, a guest message board, online photo album and gift announcement cards! Through Disney's Honeymoon Registry, your guests can give you portions of your honeymoon vacation or destination wedding as a wedding gift! Instead of a "Place Setting for the Table" you could receive "Theme Park Tickets" or help with an "Upgrade to a Honeymoon Suite" as a wedding gift. There are no set up fees to use this honeymoon registry.

Disney's Honeymoon Registry is for couples taking a honeymoon at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, with Adventures by Disney®, aboard the Disney Cruise Line® or through Disney Vacation Club®. With Disney's Honeymoon Registry couples can plan their getaway, and family and friends can give monetary gifts toward the couple's honeymoon.

Why should we use Disney's Honeymoon Registry?
Using Disney's Honeymoon Registry allows you to pre-plan what you want to do on your honeymoon or at your destination wedding. Using a honeymoon registry is so much more personal than asking your guests outright for cash! Guests will choose something special that they would like to give you as a wedding gift. Unlike getting envelopes with checks in them at the wedding and leaving the next day for your honeymoon trip, a honeymoon gift registry allows you to know ahead of time what you will have available for extras and upgrades on your honeymoon.

Family and friends can give the honeymoon couple these memorable experiences as gifts. Disney's Honeymoon Registry provides a fun, convenient experience where family and friends can enjoy the ease of shopping online.

Is the honeymoon registry or wedding website hard to set up?
Disney's Honeymoon Registry is so easy to set up and only takes about 15 minutes! Each registry is completely personalized by you and shows everything you want to do on your honeymoon or destination wedding with stunning photos for each item.

Couples can select from a variety of products and services available during their Disney's Fairy Tale honeymoon, including room accommodations, spa treatments, dining, recreational activities and evening entertainment.

What does Disney's Honeymoon Registry look like?
We pride ourselves on having beautiful pictures and detailed descriptions for every item on the honeymoon registry. How will I know how much to ask for?
When you set up your honeymoon registry, we give you a suggested gift amount for each tour or activity per person in that area. However, you are free to ask for whatever you would like. We recommend using varied denominations to accommodate all guests and checking with your travel professional or supplier for exact pricing. All prices vary by location, availability, and are subject to change without notice. You can break down the amounts any way you choose. For example, if an item is going to cost you $200.00, you may ask for "2 gifts of $100.00" or "4 gifts of $50.00," etc.

For Registries with items that are being booked for you or sent directly to you or your hotel, you will find the amount will be preset.

What if some of my wedding guests aren't that computer friendly?
Our customer service representatives are always happy to help wedding guests and will take orders for your gift registry over the phone. It is part of the outstanding customer service that we offer. The toll free phone number is found on every page of the honeymoon registry site.

How much does it cost to use the wedding registry and wedding website?
There is no set up fee, although there is a service charge of 7% for each gift purchase. During the sign up process, we allow you to choose whether you'd like the service charge to be added to, or deducted from, each gift amount. The service charge covers your account management, securing the website, live customer service, your wedding web page, order processing, gift announcements, etc. This service eliminates other typical registry costs, such as shipping and gift-wrap charges. Also, if a credit card is used to make a purchase, then a standard 3% credit card fee will be charged. (This fee goes directly to Electronic Merchant Systems, and is for secure credit card processing for your guests.)

How do we notify our guests about our honeymoon registry and wedding website?
We provide downloadable announcements, at no charge, to print and mail or email your friends and family to inform them of your honeymoon registry and wedding website. (Found under the link "Let Everyone Know".) Your wedding party and family are great ways to help your guests learn about your registry. Your Maid/Matron of Honor can include an announcement in the Wedding Shower invitations. Make sure your family knows how special this is to you, and ask them if they would suggest the honeymoon registry when guests ask what to get you. Get everyone involved and remember that your guests really want to get you something you truly want and will remember forever.

The wedding website we give you is a great way for everyone to keep up to date on all the details about your wedding and lets them feel like they are a part of your special day. You can see a sample by clicking on the examples under "Wedding Websites".

How am I notified of a purchase from Disney's Honeymoon Registry?
You receive an email notice to view your "Gift Announcement" that is filled out by the gift giver. Your guests can also choose to print out this customized gift announcement with a personal message and a photo of what they selected on your honeymoon registry to hand to you. You can log on to your account at anytime and go to "view gifts" to view a full accounting, your gift details, givers and the gift announcements. Guest can also post their gift announcement on your honeymoon registry under the "Well Wishes" section if they choose.

When will I receive my gifts from Disney's Honeymoon Registry?
The method used for a gift fund transfer depends on the destination, hotel, resort or cruise and the specific gift chosen when signing up for the registry service.

Funds will be sent directly to you. Gifts may be collected at any time, as many times as you'd like, by emailing us or going to the "Request Payment" link under "Your Account > Manage Your Money". You can collect gifts by:

* Having a check mailed directly to you (regular US post, no additional fees)
* Via an ACH bank to bank transfer in the US (no additional fees) - the choice is yours!

Log in and go to "Your Account > Manage Your Money > Setup Your Payment Preferences" to select the method for which you would like to receive your gift monies. If you get busy and forget to request your gift money, we'll send it by your specified method 5 days before the honeymoon date (or upon your request on an earlier date) and after your honeymoon date.

Checks Only: Checks will be sent to the address you provided. If you do not update your personal information, we will not be responsible for the lost check. A check can be stopped and a new check reissued, but you will be charged a $30.00 stop payment fee. We are not responsible or liable for any losses or hardships due to lost mail or untimely deliveries of regular mail.

Will you send the gift money from Disney's Honeymoon Registry to my travel agent or a travel supplier?
All gift money will be sent direct to you at your contact address or electronically, not to your travel professional or supplier. Remember, you can email us at anytime to collect funds or go to "Request Payment" after you log in.

Do you book the activities on my honeymoon registry for me?
You have the freedom to choose when to book any gift you receive. We are not booking the item for you just because it is listed on Disney's Honeymoon Registry.

When will my honeymoon registry be active? When will my honeymoon registry close?
Guests can view and give you a gift starting the first day you set up your honeymoon registry. Your honeymoon gift registry will remain active until you would like to delete it.

Can I use Disney's Honeymoon Registry if I am not in the US?
Yes, absolutely! All amounts will remain listed in US$. We ask that you use a PayPal account so that we can send you money in a timely manner. PayPal does have currency conversion. Please see the Pay Pal website for all details and service fee rates.

Can I use Disney's Honeymoon Registry for my Anniversary or a Vow Renewal?
Yes! We have many couples use the site for their Anniversary or Vow Renewal.

What happens if we decided to change the location of our honeymoon or destination wedding?
No problem! If you have already selected a place for your honeymoon and have to or want to change your destination to the Disney location of your choice, just log in to your account manager, go to "Your Account" and click on "Update Your Information."

Can I change/add items to my registry list after I've posted it?
Yes, anytime. You just log in to your account manager and go to "Your Registry" and click on "Build/Add to Registry" to add more items or "Edit/Delete Registry Items" to change or delete them. Items that are already purchased will remain the same.

What happens if my wedding or honeymoon is cancelled or postponed?
If your wedding or honeymoon is postponed, just log into your account and revise your wedding date. If your wedding is cancelled, we will be more than happy to reverse the charges from each of your guests' purchases at no cost to you. However, if the cash payments for your gifts have already been wired to your bank account or sent to your travel supplier, it is up to you to return any gifts to your friends and family.
